Age Concern

Age Concern have local branches which provide support for kaumātua across Aotearoa. The website provides information about their free services, for example befriending, as well as guides to undertaking practical tasks such as completing a will.

The Cancer Society can help people get to medical appointments or provide accommodation for those who live far away from hospital. Their specialist nurses can provide support through treatment and they can answer any questions.

The Health Navigator website provides one place for New Zealanders to find reliable and trustworthy health information and self-care resources.
